Full Description:	We have placed emphasis on the views, because they are indeed extraordinary and the design of the property is very much focus on enjoying them. The property itself totals 180m2 on two levels and there is a further 80m2 self contained apartment within the lower house, which also has an inter connecting door into the upper house living space and its own balcony overlooking the rear garden. The self contained apartment consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. There is also an additional large conservatory to the rear of the property. Externally there is a concrete drive down to the front of the and parking for three cars, the drive runs to the side of the front garden that accommodates mature trees, two storage outhouses and a naturally feed rainwater storage underground that provides water for the garden and washing cars, which could be converted into a swimming pool. To the rear is a gently sloping large garden with mature olive and fruit trees and the house underground soak away. The rear garden is large enough to accommodate a large swimming pool, sunbathing terraces and a barbecue area and still maintain a good size rear garden.
