Full Description:	The land provides fantastic long distant views’ across the countryside to the West and from a balcony of a new two storey house, there will be sea views to the west coast. Access to the land is off the main artery to Ermones or in the opposite direction to Corfu Town. The road into the land is a hardened earth track, which is shared with a couple of other property owners, that have built in the area. All services are within 75 metres of the land and the land owner has applied for the necessary forestry clearance, which will enable a house build of approximately 260m2. This is in accordance with the engineer's declaration on the topographic survey. We have been informed that verbal confirmation has been granted, but that the forestry commission has yet to post the paperwork. The land is close to Corfu town, Ermones beach and only 8 minutes from the island’s only 18 hole golf course.
